When will I get the eSIM?

How to redeem the eSIM?

Please kindly click the “Redeem Here” via email and input your arrival date, click “use”, then the QR code would be generated. The eSIM would only be activated when arrive at destination country, but you can scan and add the eSIM to your phone before arrival. If still have any issue, please feel free to contact us.
What does DailyxxGB+ Unlimited mean?

This means xGB of full speed data per day. Upon reaching the daily data usage limit, data connectivity remains available to send Whatsapp messages and images.
What does xDays xGB mean?

This means that the total amount of high-speed data for x days is xGB. Upon reaching the data usage limit, data connectivity remains available to send Whatsapp messages and images.
Why it shows the eSIM can not be added

Usually, this error pops up when you scan the code again after the eSIM was already installed in your phone. So I would suggest you check your phone again to find the installed eSIM. If still have any issue, please feel free to contact us.
Why it shows unable to activate?

eSIM would be “activating/unable to activate” when you scan it in your own country,but the status indicate eSIM was already installed in your phone. The eSIM just can be activated in your destination, when you land, please connect internet and turn on the data roaming to use. If still have any issue, please feel free to contact us.
If it needs a APN?

Whether it is required depends on the specific product. You can enter this link https://info.npntravel.com/. Simply enter your order number, view the prompts for Manual Setup APN. If shows Yes, pelase set up your APN manually. Also start tracking your data usage in real time!
Do I need to submit real-name authentication for the HK eSIM?

Yes, you must register on website before using. Please follow the instructions on the product page.
Can I use eSIM on my phone?

For IOS Device:
Please find EID in Settings – General – About this phone. If not, eSIM is not available.
For Android Device:
Please check it as below:
1. Open Settings – About phone
2. Check the SIM status (or status information)
3. Find the EID

1. Type in “Call”: *#06#
2. See “EID”, If not, you may not be able to use eSIM
