Refund Policy

eSIM Product NPN does not allow refunds, except all the following conditions are met:

• eSIM has not been used.
• eSIM has not been exposed to any user.
• eSIM has not expired.
• eSIM has not been activated by any user.

If all the conditions are met, the order amount of the eSIM will be refunded within 5 working days. NPN shall have no responsibility for any losses incurred if the money has been refunded to the end user.

Fair Use Policy

We want all NPN Travel subscribers to have access to the best data traffic packages at extremely competitive prices. This Fair Usage Policy is designed to prevent fraud and abuse of the data traffic packages by a small number of users.

Subject to compliance, the NPN Travel data traffic package (the "Package") provides unlimited local data usage in the appropriate country.

Subject to the terms of use or this Fair Usage Policy, the NPN Travel Data Traffic Package is for personal use only (personal or business communications, hereinafter referred to as "Legitimate Use"). "Non-technical use" includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Using the package for telemarketing or call centre operations.
• Reselling data traffic from a package.
• Using the subscription product by computer or any other means.
• Using NPN Travel data traffic services for any commercial or business purposes is strictly prohibited.

It is unlawful, immoral or infringing to use the NPN Travel Data Traffic Service without authorisation.

New POS Network (S) Pte Ltd may make determinations of lawful use and reserves the right to consider prohibited, abnormal or unusual behaviour.

NPN Travel reserves the right to terminate its relationship with you or suspend your subscription if it determines that you are using the subscription in violation of this Fair Use Policy or the Terms of Use.
